Mortgage Document Analyst - (Not Open)

This person must possess an in-depth knowledge of mortgage closing documents. Requires intimate knowledge of multiple investor programs for prime, sub-prime, HELOC's, Conventional, FHA/VA, etc. Compliance skills and experience with HUD, federal and state disclosures, regulatory compliance, high cost mortgage, Section 32 and various other investor and regulatory mortgage document requirements. 5 – 7 years as a senior loan processor or mortgage closer required. Must have an excellent customer service mentality, strong communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.

 

Loan Document Manager\Investor Relations - (Not Open)

This person will be responsible for the management of our loan documents department. Candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of loan closing documents. Requires intimate knowledge of investor programs for prime, sub-prime, HELOC's, Conventional, FHA\VA, etc. Compliance skills and experience with HUD, federal and state disclosures, regulatory compliance, high cost mortgage, Section 32, and various other investor and regulatory mortgage document requirements. Must have an excellent service mentality, strong communication skills, strong management and training skills and be able to develop and maintain a team environment.

Essential Job Requirements:
  • Management and training skills in a fast paced, high pressure setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and investor relationship management skills.
  • Multi-state compliance, auditing and regulatory relations experience. Federal regulatory experience.

 

Technical Support Analyst

The Technical Support Analyst will be on the front line of computer support for our products. Strong customer service/help desk experience skills are necessary for this key customer contact position. 3 – 7 years experience as a hands-on technical support person. Opportunity for advancement to software development or product development for a top quality customer centric team player.

Essential Job Requirements:
  • Experience in product and customer support, product roll-out, and knowledge of networking, web-based applications, internet technology, remote network interfaces, and general computer knowledge required.
  • Experience in technical knowledge of PCs, Desktop software, Microsoft Products, Citrix and Terminal Services.
  • Experience with Loan Origination Software such as DataTrac, Point, Contour, etc. Must have interpersonal communications and superior organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Create detailed technical documents including, but not limited to, Application Release Notes, Technical Guide, FAQS, White Papers and Knowledge Base Articles, and Procedures for Setting up Production Environment.

 

Forms Designer - (Not Open)

Job Description: The Forms Designer will be responsible for creating forms designed to meet customer, investor and industry specifications, final proofing and formatting of coded fields into loan closing documents. This position requires knowledge of form\report writing. Candidate must have knowledge of loan closing documents and an understanding of loan programs for prime, sub-prime, HELOC's, Conventional, FHA/VA, etc. Applicant must be able to maintain a detail oriented work style. Proofreading abilities are also required.

Essential Job Requirements:
  • Multi-state compliance, auditing and regulatory relations experience.
  • Federal regulatory experience.
  • Forms/Report writing experience in Quark, Adobe, or Jet Form.
  • Extreme attention to detail.

 

Document Customer Support

Job Description: Seeking a full time position for a document customer support specialist. This position includes answering inbound calls, support outbound calling efforts, professional and positive phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, strong communication and listening skills, initiative and problem solving abilities required. Ideal candidate must have knowledge of loan closing documents, should possess a minimum of 1 year banking/finance experience and proficient working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. The position requires strong customer service experience skills for this key customer contact position.

Essential Job Requirements:
  • Mortgage banking experience (post-shipping a benefit).
  • Customer Support experience.
  • Computer proficiency is essential.
