Emphasys has a long history of real estate compliance and loan servicing through many of our software packages that are
focused on providing HUD compliance, single family and multifamily loan servicing as well as IRS and other federal program
compliance. We entered into the Residential Real Estate market in 2008 as we moved into providing Closing process
management software in our SettlementRoom offering. We also expanded into additional Broker and Agent tools for sales and
marketing support through the following years. We believe that much of what we have learned we should be able to bring to
the table for you and your business and we look forward to hearing your feedback on how we can provide greater value to you
and your clients.
I also wanted to give you some insight into what we strive to achieve for our clients here at Emphasys. Foremost, we pride
ourselves on getting close to and working closely with our clients. Our goal is to be considered your long-term partner, not just
your vendor. We focus on knowing what our client’s needs are, and we grow with you over time by providing better and
improved tools which ultimately add greater value in assisting you with your daily operations.
Outside of the ownership change, we hope your experience with the acquisition will be a positive one. Our goal is to continue
